First time making pho

It turned out pretty tasty. Not quite as good as the last bowl I had in a local restaurant, but pretty close.  Paired with a New Belgium Coconut Curry Hefeweizen. And that was really good.

  1. I looked up a recipe for Pho awhile back. Decided it was one of those meals that deserves to be eaten out. I applaud you for giving it a whirl, if I remember correctly, it took way more time and ingredients than I would have originally guessed.
