Strange Video Tape Found in Dumpster Behind Station!

This video tape was found in the dumpster. It must've been sent to the Spokane Fire Department a while back by some salesman. Apparently CARTNE is from El Segundo, CA. I don't know if they are still in business. It seems like a good idea. Has anyone seen any of these around in other cities?

Wavelengthinversion,

You are probably right, That sounds like those guys at the Browns Addition fire station.

I don't think it would be the firemen at the station on Ash and Indiana. Those guys are way too busy. Plus, I think they are probably always training or studying when they aren't saving lives. I have heard that they are an amazing group. There are even some songs about them. Sort of like the ballad of the green beret stuff. Just thinking about them makes me tear up.

But, I think this video is legit. I have seen many people pushing these things around.

I too have heard rumors about those guys at the Ash/Indiana fire station. I've even heard them called -gasp- Station 3.

I've e-mailed *my* Fire Chief to see if we can purchase one. That way when City Fire gets "The Big One" we can respond with Cartne 10-2.

Of course, they require specialized training and it'll take us a while to be ready.

Jacque, I think that is who they are too. I have found one of the songs about their daring-do, and I will post it. Because they are number three, I bet they try harder. And they have to live up to the memory of #3, the late Dale Earnhart - RIP.

We have to work *really* hard as we're number one hundred two.

But we're moving fast. As of last night I think we number one hundred one. Oh, wait a minute, it burned up. So we're actually number one hundred three.

Dang!

But it was abandoned.

Back to one hundred two.

Hurray!

102 means that you are trying very hard. Is there ever any confusion with 10-4? I bet there could be some funny abbot and costello reparte with dispatch with that.
