Engine Three Meatloaf

Six pounds extra lean ground beef, four eggs, one chopped onion, 2 pounds of broccoli, garlic powder, pepper and a tiny bit of salt. Place in big-ass pan. Cook long time.

Somewhat paleo-approved (I left out bread crumbs) and a bargain at only $10 per firefighter. Luckily, we had been saving up for this one.

$10.00 per firefighter? You can't be serious.

$40 grocery bill divided by 4. We have been building up a grocery slush fund by rounding up all last year, so we took it out of that.

Oh yeah. There was cabbage too. And yams (paleo) and potatoes (nonpaleo).

It was also a two-mealer. Am I selling this lunch too hard?

Does that $40 include the cost of driving a ladder truck to Rosauers for one bag of groceries?

Next up: "Bacon Explosion."

Google it.

Sorry anon, we don't have a ladder truck. We also don't have a Rosauers in our neighborhood. Our grocery store is about 4 blocks away. Want to try again?

John, I wish I had known about this before Christmas. What a great present this would make! If only it were deep fried.

Not the same anon, Technically that is not an E-3 meat loaf but a 3 meat loaf. Obviously 1st anon is mad that you did not invite him to this heart clogging event. Some people are just never happy, it was not Chavez was it?
