Today on Out and About, I have Lily Booth on the air to talk with me about the South Perry Street Fair. Lily is the president of South Perry Together. The fair takes place on September 26 and is jam-packed with entertainment, activities and fun. South Perry is truly a jewel of a neighborhood. How did it get that way?
