Caught on Google Street View in front of the station...

On XtraCycle leaving the station in the morning. I haven't worn that sweatshirt in a while!

Sweet! Immortalized forever (or until they send another car around to update images.)

That is so WAY COOL. If I was a math freak, I would calculate the odds. As it is, I will just go with the line that they "must be astronomical". I mean, can you even imagine, being in that exact place at exactly that time?

There must be an urban lexicon term for getting caught on google street view camera. There's probably some people out there desperately trying. Dunno, but whatever it is, you're a rock star.

Coincidentally, a friend at work (yet another John) was riding home on the CT near Stateline last week and came up on a bike towing a trailer that was carrying about a 10-foot-tall tripod with a camera mounted on top. My friend asked him what all the gear was about and it turns out he was taking photos of the CT for google street view. It was his summer job. Where do I apply?

BTW, after the conversation ended, my friend intentionally rode behind him for several miles with his best photo smile plastered on his face.

I thought I would've recognized the googlized car, but I don't remember seeing it. That is cool that they are going to do the Centennial Trail too!
